You will see a new link under my list “Some of my Favourites”. If you have the time and inclination to help with your craft, check out this site. There is a variety of charities and under each description you will see stats that say what they require and how many they have received.
Thank you so much for your post about Giving Artfully – I greatly appreciate it! You have a wonderful blog!
You are welcome! This is what should ‘go viral’. Thanks for the compliment, too.
That is so thoughtful of you, Linne. Not only are you an artful crafter – you’re an artful human being! ❤
Well, Stacy, I thank you for that! I hope to be just that one day.
This is the sort of thing I think OUGHT to ‘go viral’! When I re-blog a post, the material reaches people who might never have seen it otherwise . . . if it’s re-blogged again, it reaches more people . . . and who knows what good may come from it?
I’m not currently doing any work for charity; I need to get things figured out here so I can start selling. There will be time later to contribute in that way. For now, this (and re-tweeting/commenting on Twitter) are how I hope to help swing part of the balance in a more positive direction. All my followers are doing something towards that, too, which is why I feel that we form a new sort of village, I guess. It all creates joy.
Well said, Linne – this global village creates joy in this way. ❤
Another great and most generous idea Linne hugs from Tassie 🙂
