    • Yes, I loved that it had almond flavouring and/or marzipan in it. My husband didn’t care for the usual cinnamon flavours in apple pie, so I used to put some almond flavouring in a few tablespoons of water and sprinkle it over the filling. I used to shake the apple slices with a bit of WW flour and sugar first, so it made a lovely sauce once cooked. I liked her latticing, too.
